Hypnosis sessions utilize the Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) technique and typically only requires 1-3 sessions. Hypnosis is an excellent adjunct therapy that can be used for both children (age 5+) and adults. This can be used in conjunction with The Sound Immunity Program or on its own. Each session includes a 20 minute audio recording that must be listened to every day following hypnosis for 21 days.

This is a Sound Immunity coaching session for young children or for those with short attention spans! The same content is covered, just in smaller chunks. While this may increase overall sessions needed, it is the best way to implement the Sound Immunity techniques for little ones or those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or any other type of neurodivergence.
